How do I shop the StompShow.com website?
We have worked hard to make the shopping experience at StompShow.com as simple as possible. You can browse our stores selections by Category. All videos ship in DVD format, unless otherwise specified.
When you Browse by Category-
Click the desired product appropriate section on the home shopping cart page. This will take you to a page with images of the items we offer by that option. On some products, to find out more about that particular item, click the items information button to the right of it. This loads an "item information" page allowing you to see a larger explanation of the item and any available options.
What is the "shopping cart"? Please explain how does it work?
The shopping cart is a software program integrated into our store which "holds" everything that you have chosen to order until you are ready to check-out. It calculates your orders total, applies any applicable discounts, and figures your shipping cost. It also collects your "bill to" and "ship to" addresses and accepts your credit card information if you choose to pay with one. Finally, the shopping cart assigns to your order a unique number when you complete the shopping process.
To add an item to your cart, click any item image to load the Item Information page. On this page choose the format, size, color, etc. and finally click the "In Cart" button. From your cart contents you can specify the desired quantity.
To view the items in your shopping cart, click the "Cart Contents" link (found on every page).
Once I place items in my shopping cart, can I make changes?
Absolutely! You have the ability to change an items quantity or remove an item altogether.
To change a quantity, access your shopping cart contents and change the number to the desired amount you wish to purchase. Afterwards click the "Update" button.
To remove an item altogether, check the "Remove" box next to the item in your shopping cart contents. Afterwards click the "Update" button.
If you want to change a particular items attributes (size, color etc.), you will need to remove the item from the cart and go back to the brand or Item page where that item appears and re-add the item with the new attributes.
What are my payment options
You must be at least 18 years old to order. You may pay for your order one of two ways:
Credit Cards We accept VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. For the fastest processing, enter your card information at the online order form. PayPal We also accept the extremely popular PayPal method. PayPal lets any business or consumer with an email address to securely, conveniently, and cost-effectively send and receive payments online. PayPal accounts are free, and they give you $5.00 just for signing up. Click here to setup a free PayPal account. Money Order With a minimum purchase of $5.00, we will accept US Money Orders for payment. We DO NOT accept personal or business checks.
Overpayment for your order will result in your receiving a "Store Credit" rather than a refund. Rawls Enterprises reserves the right to alter its payment policy at any time, without advanced notice.
What if an item that I ordered is out-of-stock?
Do not worry....If we are out of stock, we already know and you can expect to see that item re-stocked in 24 hours!
What are my shipping options?
Depending on where your order is being shipped (within the US), StompShow.com offers several shipping method options.
Shipment through the United States Postal Service
We use the standard US Post Office to do our shipping. In the past we tried the big name carriers, but they too often delivered our packages late and to the wrong addresses. We have come to trust the US Post Office who delivers regular mail & bills for everybody on time with no problems. We use their Special Standard mail service for delivering all our orders.
NOTICE: we DO NOT use the shipping address in your shopping cart address book if it is different than your PayPal shipping address. We only use the confirmed shipping address that you enter during your PayPal checkout. Please ensure your correct shipping address is entered on the payment checkout page during your PayPal checkout process. That PayPal address is the only address your new items will be delivered to.
Shipment to destinations within the U.S.-
For orders being shipped within the U.S. (including Hawaii and Alaska), Shipping is Media Mail service through the United States Post Office (as fast as 2 days up to 10 days delivery)¹.
Shipment to destinations outside the U.S.-
Currently, we do not ship outside the continental United States. All orders processed must be from a domestic location.
How soon after I place my order will it ship?
Be sure to include the processing (mon-fri 9am-5pm) of your order in addition to shipping time. Generally, for regular shipping on DVD orders, we batch ship weekly every Monday like clockwork, assuming that you have accurately filled out the order form, and there are no billing problems with the payment method selected. This means that all orders placed Monday after 1pm PST thru Sunday will be shipped the following Monday morning directly to your door.
How much will it cost to ship my order?

Other item shipping costs may vary, depending on the item.
¹ Because postal operations are not in our control, delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Shipping is determined by receipt of payment and media completion. Be sure to include the processing of your order in addition to shipping time.
Can I return an item purchased at StompShow.com?
Yes - For defective items only, our products carry a 7 day warranty. Just contact us, as we will handle the replacement for you. Defective Videos will be exchanged for the exact same item.
Please note that returns ARE NOT accepted for CDROMS, DVD, VCD or VHS Shows. These item sales are FINAL due to the nature of pirating and unauthorized illegal copying. There is no -cooling off- period of evaluation. If you order a show from us, the sale is final. You cannot return or exchange a show, movie or chant CD because you did not like the performance or audio/video quality.
Those who purchase Chant CDs and wish to have a physical disc mailed to them but accidentally place an order for the lower priced downloadable version will not get refunds. Please read the item description completely and check your shopping cart before completing your order. If you placed an order to download .mp3 files and wish to have the CD mailed, you will be responsible for paying the cost difference.
There are no refunds for customers who accidentally order more than one copy of the same product.
If a DVD-R from StompShow does not play on your DVD player or computer DVD-ROM, there are still no refunds. They will play in almost all PC DVD-ROM drives, especially anything made after the year 2000, and this is all we guarantee. If it is determined that you are attempting to play our DVD-R shows on an incompatible player, there will be no refunds. So please ensure that your player will play DVD-R media. For Lost, Stolen, Detroyed or Unused Tickets: Because of policies established by our clients, including venues, teams and theaters, we will not issue an exchange or refund for a ticket after it has been purchased, and we will not issue a refund for a lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed ticket or for a ticket claimed to be "not delivered". By purchasing a pre-sale ticket to an event, you are consenting to StompShow sharing your email address and other information with those involved in this event (e.g., venues, teams, artists' representatives and fan clubs, promoters and leagues), and you are consenting to those involved in this event using your information to contact you by email or other means to send you marketing or other messages or using or disclosing your information in other ways. Please contact them directly to learn about their policies.
By clicking the "Submit Order" button, you are agreeing to the StompShow Purchase Policy including the Refund and Exchanges and Cancelled Events section, as well as the Privacy Policy. All orders are subject to credit card approval and billing address verification. Please adhere to published ticket limits. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by StompShow in its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, email address, billing address, credit card number or other information.
For Cancelled or Postponed Events: Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed by the promoter, team, band or venue. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event. For exact instructions on any canceled or postponed event, please check the event information online or contact us. If you purchase a ticket through StompShow.com, and a refund is issued, then StompShow will most likely give you a refund by issuing a credit to the PayPal account that you used to purchase that ticket.
StompShow typically only offers refunds and/or exchanges based on the promoter's, team's or venue's instructions. In order to receive a refund or an exchange that may be offered, you will have to comply with the promoter's, team's or venue's instructions or deadlines, which, along with the decision about whether or not to issue a refund or an exchange, may be at the promoter's, team's or venue's discretion.
When StompShow issues you a refund for a ticket, it will issue a refund of the ticket's face value paid (or, if a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid), the facility fee and the convenience charge. If the event was scheduled to occur in Canada, then the order processing fee will also be refunded (but not for events that were scheduled to occur in the United States). In no event will delivery prices or any other fees or amounts be refunded. If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets. If PayPal was used to make the refunded purchase, then only that actual PayPal account will receive the credit for the refund. StompShow will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a canceled or postponed event.
